For children starting school in the next academic year, we are pleased to offer 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible families. For younger children, we presently only offer 15 hours (3 hours a day) but we are hoping to extend this to 30 hours. Below you’ll find all the key information regarding timings, additional charges, lunch options, and payment arrangements.

Session Times

• Full 30‑Hour Day:
  8:25am – 2:25pm (funded)

• Optional Extended Stay:
  If your child needs to stay until 3:05pm, an additional £4 charge applies.

• Morning Session:
  8:25am – 11:25am

• Afternoon Session:
  12:05pm – 3:05pm

Lunch Arrangements

Children staying for the full day will require a lunch. You can choose one of the following options:

• Provide a packed lunch from home, or
• Order a school lunch through The Kids Lunch Company at a cost of £3.60 per day.

Snacks & Drinks

• Daily snacks are provided, consisting of fresh fruit and milk to drink.
• Please ensure your child brings a named water bottle each day.

Payments & Invoicing

Any additional charges—such as extended hours or school lunches—will be added to your ParentPay account.
An invoice is issued half‑termly for your records.
